Shipping and Returns Policies
Shipping & Handling:
Lithographs are packed in cardboard tubes and sculpture is double boxed in bubble pack and peanuts. Shipping is by standard carrier such as USPS, UPS or Federal Express at our discretion unless specified differently by the customer. Insurance coverage at request of purchaser up to the value of the object. Customer will be notified of shipping cost by email, fax or phone prior to package leaving the Studio.

Mel Hunter Greeting cards are available through Emery-Burton sales representatives only.
Customers can contact Emery-Burton directly to purchase our cards at 866-617-1259 or catalog email@example.com. All orders ship directly from the Emery-Burton warehouse in Seattle, WA.
Individual Retail Purchases
Mel Hunter Greeting cards will no longer be sold through Smith-Hunter Gallery. Individuals who wish to purchase cards can use the 'contact us' link to let us know where you live, and we will get back to you with the names and locations of nearby stores. If there is no retail store nearby, please suggest a store near you in which you think our cards would sell well.
All returns require pre-authorization given by the Smith-Hunter Studio. Any shipping costs and product costs surrounding replacements or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers should check orders and report any claims for damages, short shipment or other errors immediately to the Studio. Claims for shipping damage must be made by the recipient to the carrier. In the case that Smith-Hunter Studio is responsible for any damage or incorrect object, you may request replacements be sent upon return of original order.
